If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which time you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as a cancellation.

When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. When we send you an email to confirm that the goods have been shipped, it means that your order has been accepted and your contract with us has been completed. Delivery and pickup

When you place an order on the website, you will be notified of your expected delivery time. Our team will try our best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.

We insure every order during shipping until the item is delivered or picked up. When picking up the goods, you need to sign a confirmation of receiving the goods. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the goods. If the person picking up the goods is not the original purchaser, or the delivery is a gift, it means that you accept the signature of the above person as proof of delivery and that we have completed your order and accept the transfer of related responsibilities. We want to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have a free, no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you can return the item for a full refund.

a) Customers can return goods within 7 days of ordering.

b) Returned goods must be in their original condition: that is, unworn/used, in undamaged original brand boxes and bags, and all price tags intact.
